Welcome to INDDOT, a restaurant website and food ordering SaaS platform operated by CTRLAB Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of https://inddot.com, our subscription services, restaurant management tools and other features provided through INDDOT.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
INDDOT provides software tools for restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and other food businesses.
Our services may include:
Restaurant website creation and management
Digital menus and QR code ordering
Online and WhatsApp food ordering
Point of Sale (POS) features
Table reservations and table QR codes
Pickup and delivery order management
Payment gateway integrations
Staff management and sales reporting
Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality
Feature availability depends on the selected subscription package and the platform's current capabilities.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to register for an INDDOT business account.
You agree to provide accurate registration and business information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activities carried out through your account, except where caused by circumstances for which we are legally responsible.
INDDOT may offer monthly, yearly, lifetime, free and trial subscription packages.
Each package may contain different features, limits and access permissions.
The applicable features, price, billing period and any additional charges will be presented before purchase.
Subscription fees must be paid using an accepted payment method.
A lifetime plan provides access to the purchased package for the operational lifetime of the INDDOT service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
A lifetime plan does not mean unlimited hosting resources, unlimited third-party services, indefinite technical support or a guarantee that the service will operate forever.
Any applicable fair-use limits, included support and additional charges must be disclosed before purchase.
Restaurant owners are responsible for their own food products, menu accuracy, pricing, taxes, licences, food safety, preparation, packaging, delivery arrangements and customer service.
Restaurants must comply with applicable food safety, consumer protection, tax and business regulations, including relevant FSSAI requirements.
Each restaurant is responsible for responding to its customers' order, refund and service enquiries.
INDDOT primarily provides technology infrastructure and business management software.
Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular transaction, INDDOT is not the food seller, restaurant operator or delivery provider.
A food purchase normally creates a transaction between the customer and the relevant restaurant.
This provision does not exclude any responsibility imposed on INDDOT by applicable law or arising from services it directly supplies.
Payment processing may be performed by independent third-party payment providers.
Applicable payment gateway charges, taxes and other fees will be disclosed where required.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment systems.
INDDOT's software, design, branding, trademarks, platform content and related intellectual property belong to CTRLAB Private Limited or its respective licensors.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform according to their purchased subscription.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, unlawfully distribute or exploit the platform without the required authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Restaurants retain their rights to the menus, images, descriptions and other original content they upload.
By uploading content, they grant us a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit it for providing the contracted services.
You must own or have permission to use uploaded content.
You must not use INDDOT for fraud, illegal sales, malicious software, unauthorised data collection, copyright infringement, payment abuse or other unlawful activities.
We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, meet legal obligations or address serious violations.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages and security incidents may affect access.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from ordinary use of the platform.
Any contractual limitation of direct liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and cannot exclude liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights or remedies.
You may discontinue using the platform and request account closure.
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, non-payment or other lawful grounds, subject to applicable notice and consumer rights.
Refunds, data access and deletion following termination are governed by our related policies and applicable law.
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.
Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels. Where required, we will obtain consent before applying changes.
These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law.
Disputes will be subject to applicable statutory consumer rights and the jurisdiction of competent courts or authorities. Any contractual jurisdiction provision will be identified after confirmation of the Company's registered legal details.
